Based in the UK, Elisa has been Omnichannel Development Director for Mattel EuRoMEA for the past two years, developing a holistic approach to retail channel strategy and delivering scalable initiatives, plans and assets to support trade and shopper marketing activities across the region for well-known brands such as Barbie, Fisher Price, Hot Wheels, Thomas & Friends and many more.

Before joining Mattel, Elisa spent 10 years working for Procter&Gamble in a number of Sales and Trade Marketing roles working across multiple categories including Home Care, Snacks, Pet Food and more. Her love affair with digital commerce began in 2007, when she started working as the Tesco.com Key Account Manager, and eventually led her to head up the UK eRetail Team in 2013.

Since 2015, working in her current role at Mattel, she has been especially focused on developing the company’s capabilities in Shopper Insights, eRetail and Omnichannel. She has also been driving Mattel’s vision of the Toys store and shopping experience of the future, by piloting technologies such as augmented reality and indoor mapping at the point of purchase, in collaboration with tech start-ups and retailers.
